AHHCA Membership Modalities for Colleges (This section is for colleges seeking accreditation for a modality or course). The modalities in the accompanying chart are approved for course accreditation, singularly as certificate courses or in combination (a minimum of 250 training hours) as Diploma or higher level courses. Modalities are classified as Accredited or Peak Body as follows:
Accredited
Peak Body NB. For some modalities (excluding peak body), extensive experience in the field may be approved by the Executive Committee for accreditation when the training hours are less than the minimum. For example, if a teacher has 25 hours of EFT training but also has 5 years of EFT clinical practice, their course may still be approved for accreditation on the basis of their experience. (Proof of experience must be supplied). For insurance purposes, modalities that are known by more than one title are included in brackets. MODALITIES FOR AHHCA COURSE ACCREDITATION
