AHHCA Meetings for 2012

                                                 The next General and Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 25th November, 2012 at 10:00am.  The venue for the meeting will be:

Important information regarding the Election of Office Bearers

It is vitally important that as many members as possible attend this meeting as essential decisions will need to be made regarding the forward direction of your association.

Your voice and vote counts!

A quorum of five people is necessary for the decision making process to be agreed upon at every AHHCA meeting.  If you are able to attend or you would like to have an item discussed at the meeting, please advise Gayle Powell

Nominations for all Executive and Ordinary Committee positions will be open for election at this meeting.

Positions open for nomination are:

President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and 2 x Ordinary Committee Members.

All nominations for these two positions should be lodged with the administrator by no later than Thursday 27th October.  You can download a nomination form here.
